Adjustments to the bike for added safety and performance for off street riding
There are a number of things to consider in making your bike fit better and help with performance. Here are a few things you can do to your bike prior to taking a training course that will be very beneficial. If you’re still unsure, we can talk about things during the training as well.

What makes for a good BDR bike?
Ask yourself what are you goals for riding a BDR? What skill level do you have? Do you want to be able to ride the more expert/advanced sections? Will you be fully loaded?
