As a former personal trainer and Post-Rehab Specialist for 10 years, I can’t stress enough on the importance of being strong, fit & healthy. I have gone through my own rehab programs covering 11 different orthopedic surgeries. Over the years, I have found that by having good physical fitness, I have been able to spike balls harder, throw around a 550 pound snow machine, ride my dirt bike on advanced single track in the heat of the Arizona desert, covered 31,000 miles over a 15 month time frame that included five Backcountry Discovery Routes in one season with more ease and enjoyment.
