Co-ed Adventure Rider Training
Thursday - Starts with the fundamental skills needed for adventure riding (low speed control, body positioning, and braking) Beginning here will ensure that you have the proper foundation to continue into the more advanced skills AND help to avoid frustration and possible injuries. We will spend a fair amount of time working on managing your bikes at very low speeds and tighter turning radiuses. These fundamentals will be modified to fit the needs of the students in the class.
Friday - We will advance through skills such as hill fail turnarounds, off-camber terrain management, loose hill starts, higher speed braking and swerving, harder accelerations and decelerations on loose surfaces and more. Terrain features unique to the venue may provide opportunity for additional training and will be considered as we finalize your class curriculum. Rocks, logs, loose shale, gravel, sand and even mud can be addressed, depending on what the terrain has to offer and the makeup of class participants' skill level.
Saturday - The day is open to you to join a ride led by Shal or choose to ride with another group. Put your newly gained skills to the test in beautiful Moab!
You won't want to miss this opportunity, call or message us today and grab one of 8 spots before they are gone!
Looking forward to riding and training with you!
